Location: The beautiful big island, at a location adjusted to your needs. You are welcome to stay at the spa, or we can explore options on other parts of the island.

• Daily meditation and movement sessions to start each day with clarity and energy.
• Four hours of intensive personalized sessions every morning, tailored specifically to your needs. This schedule will span five days, with two additional free days for relaxation and exploration.
• Transportation to and from Kona or Hilo Airport depending on retreat location, as well as for both guided excursions.

• Individualized therapy sessions and specialized modalities designed to deepen your personal journey and healing as well as your relationship, including sacred bodywork aimed at relaxation and healing.
